Anaheim Ducks Betting Preview

The Anaheim Ducks are 26-26-7 this year after they lost to Chicago by a score of 6-3 in their last game. Edmonton had their lead cut to 2-1 in the third period, but they scored an empty net goal late in the third to put the game away. The Oilers were outshot by a total of 36-31, won 50.9% of the face-offs, and went 1-2 on the power play in the game. Ducks vs Oilers Prediction

Edmonton comes into this matchup looking for their second straight win and they will have the home-ice advantage here. The Oilers are 18-10-2 at home this year, while the Ducks are 12-13-5 on the road. Anaheim has lost three of their last four games and they are one of the lowest scoring teams in the league, as they are scoring just 2.56 goals per game. Neither team is playing very well right now, but Anaheim has already beaten Edmonton once this year and lost by one in the other meeting. The Ducks have shown the ability to play decent defense at times this year and I think they can keep this one close. Take Anaheim +1.5 here.

David Racey's Pick: Ducks +1.5
