Avalanche vs. Canucks Prediction

I’m on the Avalanche here. I get the case to be made for the Canucks as a home dog in some spots, but the fact of the matter is that the Canucks just haven’t been a good home team this season and the Avalanche are a team that’s started to heat up as the season’s progressed. The Avs got off to somewhat of a slow start, but have since shown a much bigger turnaround than the Canucks who just haven’t been able to carry over the same sort of success that they had on the way to the playoffs last season. Injuries have played a part in that, but in the end, the on-ice product has still suffered and I think it could suffer again here as Colorado’s just the much better team in this matchup. Give me Colorado in this one.

Chris Ruffolo's Pick: Colorado -142
