Avalanche vs. Jets Prediction
I’m rolling with the Avalanche in this game. It’s a battle of two heavyweights and it wouldn’t surprise me one bit if we ended up seeing this as a playoff matchup somewhere down the line. That being said, there are peaks and valleys that teams go through over the course of a season, and right now, the Winnipeg Jets find themselves in a valley that they’ll eventually get out of. Until then, with the way the Avalanche are playing, it’s hard to go against them. What’s concerning for me is that the Jets are starting to drop games at home, where they’ve been so good this season. The Avalanche have really picked up their play on the road and I think they get the job done in this one. Give me Colorado on the road here.
