The Carolina Hurricanes will play the Florida Panthers in Game 4 of their series on Wednesday night at FLA Live Arena in Sunrise, Florida.

Hurricanes Preview

The Carolina Hurricanes played well for the third game in a row in this series, but they are down 3-0 and facing elimination here. The Hurricanes have been all over Florida in this series, but they haven’t been able to score against Bobrovsky consistently. Carolina recorded 32 shots on goal and went 0-1 on the power play in their 1-0 loss in Game 3. Sebastian Aho has led the Hurricanes this postseason with five goals, seven assists, and 37 shots on goal, while Seth Jarvis has added five goals, five assists, and 35 shots. The Hurricanes have started Frederik Andersen and Antti Raanta in this series, with both goalies playing very well. 

Panthers Preview

The Florida Panthers are up 3-0 in this series and will be looking for the sweep here. Florida hasn’t played great in this series, but they have had great goaltending by Sergei Bobrovsky. Florida recorded 17 shots on goal and went 1-4 on the power play in the Game 3 win. Sam Reinhart scored the only goal in the game to give the Panthers the win. Matthew Tkachuk has led the Panthers this postseason with seven goals, 12 assists, and 44 shots, while Carter Verhaeghe has added six goals, eight assists, and 41 shots on goal. Sergei Bobrovsky is 10-2 this postseason with a 2.15 goals against average and a .935 save percentage for Florida.
