With a plethora of cancellations in the NHL, we are only left with three games on the schedule for Tuesday, December 21st, 2021. Let’s make the most of this small schedule and make some picks.

Washington Capitals -135 Philadelphia Flyers +115 Total: 6

I think the Capitals are the much better team and we are getting a decent price with Ovi and the Caps here. The Flyers have not been good enough in their own end to warrant a pick here.

Tampa Bay Lightning +115 Vegas Golden Knights -140 Total: 6

It is hard to pass up plus money with the two-time defending champs. Vegas’ offense has been strong but the PK and defense have not been as lights out as we have seen in recent seasons. I will take the Bolts here at plus money.

Pick: Tampa Bay Lightning +115

Arizona Coyotes 200 Seattle Kraken -250 Total: 5.5

This is a historically bad Coyotes team that has a lot of problems franchise-wise, but I cannot lay -250 with a Kraken team that is also at the bottom of the league standings. I will take a shot with the Coyotes here as this is just too much value to pass up on.
