It’s a lighter slate of games across the NHL with only six games taking place, but there is still plenty of value with the games. Let’s take a look at a free pick on each of the six games to make your Friday a profitable one.
Vegas Golden Knights at New York Rangers
The Golden Knights and New York Rangers have both been playing strong hockey coming into this game, but the home team has the advantage here. In three of the last four Rangers games they have given up two goals or less, and Vegas is going to struggle to score in this game. The Penguins' offense hasn’t been as strong as years past, but they are still an elite defensive team. The Sabres offense has been an issue all season and they are going to struggle to create solid scoring changes in this game. Back the Penguins on the puck line.

Dallas Stars +100 at St. Louis Blues -120 Total: 5.5
These two teams just faced off on the 14th and it was the Blues that came away with the 4-1 victory. The Blues are averaging 3.37 goals per game and their offense is going to have no issue running up the score in this game. Look for the Stars to only score a goal or two and the Blues will win on the money line.

Washington Capitals -110 at Winnipeg Jets -110 Total: 6
The Winnipeg Jets have had issues on the road this season, but overall they have been strong at home, and they will continue that success in this game. The Jets are 9-5-1 at home and their offense will find success. In two of the last three games the Jets have scored at least three goals, and that will be the difference. Back the Jets on the money line.

Nashville Predators at Chicago Blackhawks
This Chicago Blackhawks team is awful, and even at home, they aren’t going to magically start to find success. The Blackhawks are giving up 3.21 goals per game, and the Predators are going to run up the score. The play is with the Predators on the money line, but don’t be afraid to throw a few dollars on the Predators -1.5.

Arizona Coyotes +215 at Anaheim Ducks -244 Total: 5.5
The Coyotes and Ducks are going to be involved in a low scoring game. The Coyotes are averaging only 1.786 goals per game while the Ducks are giving up only 2.58 goals per game. Look for the Ducks to score a few goals but not enough to push this game over the total. Back the under to cash.
