Philadelphia is 4-1 in their last 5 road games and 29-14 in their last 43 games overall while the over is 6-2-1 in their last 9 road games. Buffalo is 2-7 in their last 9 games overall and 17-37 in their last 54 games as an underdog while the under is 4-1 in their last 5 games playing on no rest. Philadelphia is 23-9 in the last 32 meetings between these two teams.

I get the argument that could be made for either side here as Philly is by far the better team, but they’ve also had their hiccups and are getting guys back into the lineup. Buffalo’s argument is that it’s ahrd to beat the same team on a back-to-back twice and the Sabres are due for some offense after being shut out on Saturday, but with this team I have to believe it when I see it as well. Instead, I’m going to side with the under as I’m expecting another hard-hitting and intense defensive battle and one that’s going to be hard-pressed to be decided for a large part of that game.
