This matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals comes with both teams entering at 2–1 and looking to build momentum early in the season. The Cardinals face a major setback with running back James Conner sidelined for the year due to a foot injury, leaving rookie Trey Benson to step up as the lead back in an offense that may now lean more heavily on Kyler Murray’s passing ability. Seattle, meanwhile, has been impressive offensively, averaging close to 30 points per game in recent weeks, and their young defense has been generating turnovers and limiting opponents effectively. With Arizona’s depth tested in the backfield and on the offensive line, the Seahawks are viewed as slight favorites, sitting at about −1.5 on the spread with a projected total of 43.5 points.

Jaxson Smith-Njigba Over 84.5 Rec Yards

Jaxon Smith-Njigba has emerged as a key offensive weapon for the Seattle Seahawks. Through three games, he leads the team with 22 receptions and 323 receiving yards, averaging 14.7 yards per catch. His performance ranks second in the league for receiving yards, trailing only Puka Nacua of the Los Angeles Rams. In Week 1 against the San Francisco 49ers, he recorded 9 receptions for 124 yards. The following week, he added 8 receptions for 103 yards in a victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers. In Week 3, despite battling an illness, he played through and delivered 5 receptions for 96 yards and a touchdown in a dominant win over the New Orleans Saints. JSN is playing at another level right now, and I don’t see him slowing down.

Trey Benson Over 57.5 Rush Yards

Trey Benson has showcased notable improvements in the early stages of the 2025 NFL season. Through three games, he has accumulated 125 rushing yards on 21 carries, averaging an impressive 6.0 yards per attempt. His longest rush has been 52 yards, highlighting his big-play potential. Benson’s role in the offense has been expanding, particularly following the season-ending ankle injury to veteran James Conner, which occurred during the team’s Week 3 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. With Conner sidelined, Benson is expected to assume the starting running back position and should be utilized heavily in this game.

Kenneth Walker Anytime Touchdown

Kenneth Walker III has made a strong start to the 2025 NFL season. Through three games, he has accumulated 163 rushing yards on 39 carries, averaging 4.2 yards per attempt. His performance includes three rushing touchdowns, placing him among the league leaders in that category. Walker has also contributed 29 receiving yards on five receptions, showcasing his versatility in the Seahawks’ offense. In Week 2, Walker had a standout performance against the Pittsburgh Steelers, rushing for 105 yards on 13 carries, averaging 8.1 yards per carry. The following week, in a dominant 44–13 victory over the New Orleans Saints, he added two short rushing touchdowns to help build a commanding lead. If Seattle is near the goal line, Walker will get opportunities to get in for 6.
