What an Offensive Output for the Eagles
It was quite the offensive output in the last game against the Washington Commanders, and they were able to secure the 55-23 victory. At the end of the first quarter, they were up 14-3, and they never looked back. In the 4th quarter, they scored 21 points to steal the deal. Jaylen Hurts had another strong game, completing 20 of his 28 passes for 246 yards, one touchdown and zero interceptions. No one has been able to slow down Saquon Barkley, and he finished with 15 carries for 118 yards and two touchdowns. A.J. Brown also caught six passes for 96 yards and a touchdown.
The Eagles are averaging 27.2 points, while their defense is giving 17.8 points per game. The offense is ranked 7th in the NFL, while the defense is ranked 2nd. Hurts dealt with some injuries and has been banged up, but he has still thrown for 2,903 yards, 18 touchdowns, and five interceptions. Wide receiver DeVonta Smith is dealing with a hamstring, and he was limited in Friday's practice. It's hard to imagine he will miss the Super Bowl, but if he can't go, that's a huge loss for the offense.
Can the Chiefs Make History?
The Chiefs are looking to make history and win their third straight Super Bowl, and although at times this season they haven’t looked exactly dominant, they are only one win from winning it all. In the NFC Championship game, it was a back-and-forth game, but they were able to secure the 32-29 victory. Patrick Mahomes completed 18 of his 26 passes for 245 yards and one touchdown. Kareem Hunt finished with 17 carries for 64 yards and a touchdown. The top wide receiver was Xavier Worthy, who finished with six catches for 85 yards and a touchdown. Patrick Mahomes still continues to amaze with his skills and he threw for 3.928 yards, 26 touchdowns, and 11 interceptions.
On the season, the Chiefs are averaging 22.6 points while their defense is giving up 19.2 points per game. The offense is ranked 15th, while the defense is ranked 4th. The way the defense has played has been basically overlooked just because Mahomes and Kelce grab the headlines.

Philadelphia Eagles vs Kansas City Chiefs Prediction
The Eagles have played better this season, but I am not betting against the Chiefs' playoff and Super Bowl experience. Travis Kelce is having a huge playoffs, and he’s going to have another big game here. It’s Jalen Hurts going against Patrick Mahomes head-to-head, and I will take the quarterback who has already won a couple of Super Bowls. Look for the Chief's defense to be also strong. They're going to create a couple of turnovers, and they are going to end up getting the job done here. When the lights are brightest, Patrick Mahomes steps up, and he's going to throw for at least 250 yards and two touchdowns. Back the Chiefs against the spread. I am also laying the Chiefs -6.5 to get some extra value.
Shane’s Pick Chiefs -1.5
