The Las Vegas Raiders and Seattle Seahawks face off on Sunday in an NFL showdown at Lumen Field. When these two teams faced off in 2018 it was the Seahawks that secured the 27-3 victory. 

The Raiders sit with a 3-7 record and they have gone 4-6 against the spread. It has been a terrible season for Las Vegas, but they are coming off a victory in the last game. In the last game against the Denver Broncos it took overtime, but the Raiders were able to secure the victory. Quarterback Derek Carr had a strong game finishing with 307 yards and two touchdowns. Davante Adams caught the winning touchdown in overtime. The Raiders are averaging 22.5 points while their defense is giving up 24.2 points per game. 

On the other side of this matchup is the Seahawks who sit with a 6-4 record and they have gone 6-4 against the spread. The Seahawks are one of the biggest surprises in the NFL but they still have some work to do to make the playoffs. In the last game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Seahawks offense only managed 16 points, and that led to the five-point defeat. The Seahawks are averaging 25.7 points while their defense is giving up 24.1 points per game. The Seahawks offense has been the biggest reason for the teams success. Geno Smith has thrown for 2.474 yards, 17 touchdowns, and four interceptions. Kenneth Walker has rushed for 587 yards and seven touchdowns. 

The Seahawks are 4-1 against the spread in their last five home games. The under is 4-0 in the Raiders last four games on fieldturf. The under is 5-1 in the Seahawks last six games in Week 12. The under is 13-3 in Seahawks last 16 games after allowing more than 250 yards passing in their previous game.

The Raiders are coming off a win, but their defense is going to really struggle in this game. The Seahawks are averaging 25.7 points per game, and I expect another big game from Smith here. Look for Walker to run all over the Raiders defense also, and this will be an easy win for the Seahawks. Back the Seahawks against the spread.
