Arizona comes into this game with a 10-5 record overall and they have gone 9-6 against the spread. They have lost three games in a row including the last game against the Colts where they only scored 16 points. The Cardinals are averaging 26.3 points while their defense is giving up 20.4 points per game. Kyler Murray has thrown for 3,284 yards, 21 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions. Chase Edmonds is also healthy and he and James Conner are quite the 1-2 punch out of the backfield.
On the other side of this matchup is the Dallas Cowboys who sit with an 11-4 record and they have gone 12-3 against the spread. In the last game against Washington, Dallas scored 56 points and that led to the 42 point victory. Dallas is averaging 30.4 points while their defense is giving up 20.4 points per game. The offense is strong, but the defense doesn’t get enough attention for what they have done this season. Dak Prescott is having another big season throwing for 3,928 yards, 29 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions.
The Cardinals are 1-5 against the spread in their last six games in January. The Cowboys are 4-0 against the spread in their last four games overall. The over is 7-3 in the Cardinals' last 10 games in January. The under is 3-1-1 in the last five meetings in Dallas. The under is 3-0-1 in the last four meetings.
The Cowboys offense is going to have another big game, and Kyler Murray is going to struggle to score against their defense. Look for the Cowboys to score at least 28 points, and that will be enough to win with ease. Back the Cowboys to win this game and cover the spread.
