The Green Bay Packers and the Detroit Lions meet in a week 17 NFC North division matchup from Ford Field on Sunday afternoon.

The Green Bay Packers will look to finish the year strong after a 23-10 win over the Minnesota Vikings in their last outing. Green Bay is 5-2 ATS in their last 7 road games and 5-0 ATS in their last 5 Sunday games after playing on Monday night while the under is 7-0 in their last 7 division games. Detroit is 3-7 ATS in their last 10 division games and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 home games while the over is 4-1 in their last 5 games as an underdog. Green Bay is 0-5 ATS in the last 5 meetings between these two teams.

Part of me would like to think that Detroit shows up on the last week of the season to give the fans something to cheer about after a bad year, but the issue is that Detroit just doesn’t have enough pieces to be able to hang with most teams, let alone a division rival that’s still chasing a first round bye after clinching the division in their last outing. I just think that Green Bay is too much for the Lions to handle, so I’ll lay the points with the Packers here.
