The Miami Dolphins and New York Giants meet Sunday in week 15 NFL action at MetLife Stadium.
The Miami Dolphins look for a win after splitting their last six games. The Miami Dolphins have lost five of their last six road games. Ryan Fitzpatrick is completing 62.2 percent of his passes for 2,511 yards, 13 touchdowns and 12 interceptions. Josh Rosen and Fitzpatrick has have combined for 14 touchdowns and 17 interceptions this season. DeVante Parker and Preston Williams have combined for 1,310 receiving yards and nine touchdowns while Mike Gesicki has 37 receptions. The Miami Dolphins ground game is averaging 67.3 yards per contest, and Mark Walton leads the way with 201 yards on 53 carries. Defensively, Miami is allowing 30.7 points and 397.7 yards per game. Jerome Baker leads the Miami Dolphins with 95 tackles, Taco Charlton has five sacks and Bobby McCain has two interceptions.
The New York Giants could use a win here to snap a nine-game losing streak. The New York Giants have lost their last four home games. Daniel Jones is completing 61.6 percent of his passes for 2,374 yards, 18 touchdowns and 11 interceptions. Jones enters this game with 370 career pass attempts under his belt. Antoine Bethea leads the New York Giants with 93 tackles, Markus Golden has 8.5 sacks and Janoris Jenkins has four interceptions.
The Dolphins are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 games as a road underdog, 4-1 ATS in their last 5 road games and 7-2 ATS in their last 9 games overall. The Giants are 2-6-1 ATS in their last 9 games as a favorite, 5-16-1 ATS in their last 22 home games and 2-6 ATS in their last 8 games overall. The under is 4-1 in Dolphins last 5 games on fieldturf. The over is 4-1 in Giants last 5 games overall.
The Miami Dolphins have been a different team over their last nine games, as they're finding ways to compete with an XFL roster and could easily have five wins right now. The New York Giants took the Philadelphia Eagles to overtime on Monday night and dusted off Eli Manning, but this team still hasn't won a game since week 4 and the offense has been held to 18 or less points in six of their last nine games. I can't lay chalk with a team riding a nine-game losing streak, and I doubt Eli will play as well as he did Monday night based on his performances the last couple of years. This game should probably be closer to a pick em. Give me the free field goal with the feisty Dolphins.
