The Buffalo Bills and the Miami Dolphins match up on Sunday in NFL action.
Buffalo is 6-3 so far. The Bills have wins over the Jets, Giants, Bengals, Titans, Dolphins and Redskins with losses to the Pats, Eagles and Browns.
In the loss to the Browns, Buffalo QB Josh Allen had 266 yards, and Devin Singletary led the rush with 42 yards. Allen scored twice on the ground, and John Brown had 77 yards on five catches.
Over on the Miami side, they’re 2-7 this year. The Dolphins opened up with losses to the Ravens, Pats, Cowboys, Chargers, Redskins, Bills and Steelers but have won their last two over the Jets and Colts.
In the Indy win, Dolphins QB Ryan Fitzpatrick put up 169 yards and an INT, and Kalen Ballage had 43 rush yards. DeVante Parker added 69 yards on five grabs there as well.
The Bills are 3-0-1 ATS in their last four in November and 4-0-1 ATS in their last five road games. Buffalo is 4-1 ATS in their last five versus the AFC East and 5-2-1 ATS in their last eight versus the AFC.
Meanwhile, the Dolphins are 5-0 ATS in their last five overall and 4-0 ATS in their last four versus the AFC. Miami is 4-1 ATS in their last five in November and 5-2 ATS in their last seven versus the AFC East.
Buffalo has gotten into a bit of a rough patch on offense, scoring 16 points or fewer in four of their last six games. They’ve been winning games on defense, and when that unit isn’t on point they get into trouble.
Over on the Dolphins’ side, their dreams of a complete tank have evaporated with two straight wins, even though the victory over the Colts (who couldn’t get anything going on offense) was something of a surprise.
I think the Dolphins will get back to their losing ways here, and Buffalo will get another divisional win. I’ll take the Bills on the cover.
