The Houston Rockets have hit the ground running this season as they are now on a four-game win streak after taking down the Hawks by 120-110 on Monday for the second time in three nights. Alperen Sengun led the team with 29 points, nine rebounds, nine assists and six steals on 11 of 15 shooting, Kevin Durant added 22 points with nine rebounds and four blocks while Jabari Smith Jr chipped in with 16 points, 12 rebounds and five assists. As a team, the Rockets shot 53 percent from the field and eight of 27 from the 3-point line as they still trailed going into halftime and didn’t gain any separation until the third quarter where they restricted the Hawks to just 19 points. Fred VanVleet had a real quiet game of just five points with five assists on two of seven shooting.
Milwaukee Bucks Betting Preview
Meanwhile, the Milwaukee Bucks weren’t looking good after starting their season with three straight defeats, but they will be feeling much better after outlasting the Pacers in a 110-102 home win on Monday. Tyler Herro led the team with 23 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists, Ryan Rollins added 19 points on seven of 14 shooting, Kyle Kuzma scored 17 points while Kel’el Ware chipped in with 16 points and 14 rebounds off the bench. As a team, the Bucks shot 43 percent from the field and 13 of 44 from the 3-point line as they got off to another slow start and scored just 19 points in the second quarter to trail by 11 points at halftime, but they made their adjustments and dominated the second half by 60-41 to run past the Pacers with ease in the end.
Houston v Milwaukee Free Prediction
The Rockets have added Alperen Sengun to the injury report and they are keeping an eye on Marcus Smart who is questionable, while the Bucks have a full roster once again. The Bucks were able to get the monkey off their back by beating the struggling Pacers in their last outing, but I don’t see them having the same level of success against the Rockets who are already rolling. The injury to Sengun makes things tougher for the Rockets, but they still have more than enough firepower with players like Amen Thompson to pick up the slack. Give me the Rockets to stay perfect with another double digit win here.
