The Phoenix Suns and Golden State Warriors meet Saturday in summer league NBA action at the Thomas & Mack Center. Here’s a Phoenix Suns vs Golden State Warriors Prediction. This article will include a Phoenix Suns vs Golden State Warriors Pick.
Phoenix Suns Betting Preview
The Suns came away from the draft with Ryan Dunn and Oso Ighodaro and both are going to get their first run with their new team during Summer Leauge. Dunn spent two years with the Virginia Cavaliers, and he was a solid college player. Last season he averaged 8.1 points and 6.9 rebounds per game. Oso Ighodaro spent his college days with the Marquette Golden Eagles and there has already been chatter about how he has impressed during the practices leading up ot the summer league games. Former Northwestern guard Boo Buie was a standout with Northwestern, and he could be a very good developmental NBA player. To get to that point, he’s going to need to standout during Summer League.
Golden State Warriors Betting Preview
The Warriors have already played three Summer League games and they have impressed. They currently sit with a perfect 3-0 record and that included a close victory in the last game against the Sacramento Kings. The Warriors were outscored 25-16 in the 4th quarter but they still held on for the 91-90 victory. Kevin Knox II came off the bench but finished with 19 points, five rebounds, one assist, and one steal. There were five different players that put up at least 10 points. The Warriors didn’t play as many players and had only nine players that stepped onto the court. It wouldn’t shock if they played nine or players or less again here.
Phoenix Suns vs Golden State Warriors Prediction
The Warriors are playing to win, and they are the much more talented team. In the last game it was a balanced attack that led them to the one point victory and they will be even better here. The Warriors offense is going to have no issue running up the score, and that is going to be the difference here as Golden State is going to get the job done. Back the Warriors against the spread here.
