The Milwaukee Bucks and the Detroit Pistons collide at Little Caesars Arena on Wednesday night. Here’s a Milwaukee Bucks vs. Detroit Pistons Prediction. This article will include a Milwaukee Bucks vs. Detroit Pistons Pick.

Milwaukee Bucks Betting Preview

The Milwaukee Bucks have been struggling for a while now, as they’ve dropped 17 of their last 22 games overall and they will be hoping for a better effort after getting beaten by the slumping Nets in a 96-90 road defeat last night. AJ Green led the team with 20 points, Taurean Prince added 16 points with 11 rebounds and four assists, while Cormac Ryan chipped in with 14 points off the bench.

As a team, the Bucks shot 43 percent from the field and 15 of 45 from the 3-point line as they got off to a slow start and scored just 14 points in the second quarter to trail by 16 points midway through the third quarter, which was a shame because they worked hard to cut the deficit to just one point before allowing the Nets off the hook in the end.

Detroit Pistons Betting Preview

Meanwhile, the Detroit Pistons have been on a nice run as they’ve won 12 of their last 16 games overall, but they will be hoping to bounce back here after having their three-game win streak halted by the Magic in a 123-107 road defeat on Monday. Jalen Duren led the team with 18 points, nine rebounds and four assists on seven of nine shooting; Daniss Jenkins added 18 points with seven assists while Kevin Huerter and Javonte Green each scored 17 points, but no other player finished in double figures in scoring.

As a team, the Pistons shot 49 percent from the field and 10 of 30 from the 3-point line but they weren’t switched on defensively and were always fighting an uphill battle after allowing 69 points in the first half. Things didn’t get much better in the third quarter, where the Pistons scored just 21 points to fall behind by as many as 26 points at one stage.

Milwaukee Bucks vs Detroit Pistons Prediction

The Bucks have ruled out Giannis Antetokounmpo, Bobby Portis, Kevin Porter Jr and Gary Trent Jr with Ryan Rollins, Myles Turner and Kyle Kuzma all listed as day-to-day, while the Pistons are keeping an eye on Cade Cunningham and Isaiah Stewart, who are both questionable for this one. The Bucks are mired in their worst slump of the season; they are missing almost all of their best players and are coming into this game fresh off a loss to the ice-cold Nets.

In contrast, the Pistons were on a great run before they got stopped by the Magic in their last outing and they could get some reinforcements with Cunningham having a chance to make his return. The line was always going to be hefty for this matchup, but coming off a loss, I expect the Pistons to storm out to an early double-digit lead and cruise their way to a massive win at home.

Peter Tran's Pick: Detroit -18.5
