Los Angeles Clippers Betting Preview
The Los Angeles Clippers have been in fine form as they’ve won 10 of their last 15 games overall and they will be aiming for a fourth straight victory after beating the Raptors in a 119-94 win on Wednesday. Kawhi Leonard led the team with 27 points on nine of 19 shooting, Darius Garland added 24 points with six assists while Bennedict Mathurin chipped in with 23 points and six assists off the bench. As a team, the Clippers shot 51 percent from the field and 16 of 35 from the 3-point line as they stormed out of the gates with 36 points in the first quarter to jump out to a double digit and they showed no mercy in the second half to secure the dominant win at home.
Indiana Pacers Betting Preview
Meanwhile, the Indiana Pacers have been in a terrible slump as they’ve lost 17 of their last 18 games overall and they will be hoping for a better outcome after coming up just short to the Lakers in a 137-130 loss on Wednesday. Pascal Siakam led the team with 20 points and eight rebounds, Jay Huff added 18 points, TJ McConnell added 17 points on eight of 10 shooting off the bench while Andrew Nembhard tallied 14 points and 19 assists. As a team, the Pacers shot a healthy 56 percent from the field and 16 of 39 from the 3-point line, but they got off to a terrible start and were always fighting an uphill battle after getting outscored by 45-28 in the first quarter. In fact, the Pacers trailed by as many as 29 points in this one before they finished with a late flurry to make things somewhat interesting at the end.
Los Angeles v Indiana Free Prediction
The Clippers are still keeping an eye on Jordan Miller who is questionable, while the Pacers have ruled out Ivica Zubac and Johnny Furphy with Obi Toppin listed as questionable. These teams last met on Mar 4 and it was the Clippers who rolled to a 130-107 home win and given the respective form of both teams, it’s hard to picture anything but a similar outcome here. The Pacers are much stronger with a few players returning from injury and they looked good in their game against the Lakers, but the Clippers are on a roll right now and I think they will cruise to a comfortable win in this spot.
