Houston Rockets vs Los Angeles Lakers Prediction
Everybody has lost faith in the Lakers given the injuries to Reaves and Doncic. There’s a serious talent gap between the Rockets and banged-up Lakers. The Rockets also have a clear edge on the glass. However, the Lakers are 7-2 ATS and SU as an underdog since March 8. The Lakers found a way to win the final three games of the regular season to clinch home court advantage. The Lakers also beat the Rockets twice last month.
While the Rockets are talented, they’ve also underachieved a lot this season and often looked like a team that didn’t like playing together. just recently the Rockets have played some of their best ball but that doesn’t make us forget the larger sample size. It wouldn’t surprise me if the Rockets found a way to screw this up. Also, LeBron has had nearly a week off to rest up so if there was a game he could put these Lakers on his back and steal a game, it would be this one. I want the points and I’ll sprinkle the ML as well.
