Detroit Pistons vs NY Knicks Prediction
I like the way the Pistons play with their physical style and toughness. The Pistons have a chance to make the Knicks uncomfortable if they can turn this into an ugly series. The Pistons have also won three straight games against the Knicks. However, for game one, it may take the Pistons some time to adjust to playoff-style ball. The Pistons haven’t been in the playoffs in years and the core of this team is young. 12 players on the Pistons roster are in their third year or less. The Knicks are experienced, healthy, and we can’t ignore that MSG crowd. New York has arguably the best atmosphere for an NBA playoff game. I wouldn’t be shocked if the Pistons are a bit rattled to start and come back with a better effort in game two. I’ll lay the points with the Knicks.
