On the other hand, the Raptors are struggling with a nine-game losing streak, having recently lost 137-118 to the Chicago Bulls, which has effectively ended their hopes of making the play-in tournament in the Eastern Conference.
Injuries are a significant factor in this matchup, with both teams dealing with key absences. Portland will be without DeAndre Ayton, Robert Williams III, and Bryce McGowens for the season, while Scoot Henderson, Jerami Grant, and Anfernee Simons are day-to-day with various injuries.
