To say it’s been some struggles for the New Orleans Pelicans during the Summer League might be an understatement. The Pelicans have played four games so far and they have lost all four games. In the last game against the Memphis Grizzlies, the Pelicans scored 77 points, but the defense gave up 85 points. Jordan Ford had a strong game putting up 16 points and four rebounds. There were four different players that put up at least 11 points. In this game if the Pelicans are going to find success, they are going to need the offense to be a whole lot better. If the offense is better they might have a chance to get the job done. 

Denver Nuggets Betting Preview

The Denver Nuggets lost their first three games of the Summer League, but they are playing better now and coming off a win in the last game. In the last game against the Indiana Pacers, the offense scored 86 points and they ended up winning by 15. Hunter Tyson had a strong game putting up 23 points, three  rebounds, and one assist. Trey Alexander also had a strong game putting up 19 points, six rebounds, and two assists. P.J. Hall also put up 10 points, 13 rebounds, and three assists. In this game the Nuggets are going to need to be the team that gets out to a fast start. If they get out to a slow start this could be a very long game.

I really am not sold on either of these offenses and that is going to be the difference here. Look for the Pelicans and Nuggets offense both to get out to a slow start and that is going to be the difference here.
