Lakers vs Nuggets prediction
The Nuggets are getting a lot of love with this line because of home court and their previous dominance over the Lakers. Of course, the Nuggets swept the Lakers in last year's playoffs, and they've won 8 straight games against them overall. The Nuggets beat the Lakers on the road by 10 points a little over a month ago. I get it. However, the Lakers are probably better than they were a season ago, especially if D’Angelo Russell is going to continue playing the way he's played the last few weeks. Also, while the Nuggets swept, 3 of the 4 games were decided by 6 or fewer points. The Nuggets have also been on cruise control for a while, allowing teams to hang around and pulling away late. Can the Nuggets flip the switch that easily? This series has a chance to be closer than expected. Give me the Lakers and the points.
Randy’s Pick LA Lakers +7.5
