Andrew Wiggins led the team with 23 points on eight of 17 shooting, Stephen Curry added 17 points with 10 assists while Klay Thompson chipped in with 15 points on six of 13 shooting. As a team, the Warriors shot 44 percent from the field and 10 of 34 from the 3-point line as they dominated the first quarter by 27-11 to jump out to an early 17-point lead and they were able to stay in front right till the end despite the Magic cutting the lead to just two points midway through the fourth quarter.
Charlotte Hornets
Meanwhile, the Charlotte Hornets have been in a slump as they've lost six of their last eight games overall, but they will be feeling much better after putting an end to a five-game slide with a 118-111 win over the Cavaliers on Wednesday. Brandon Miller drained seven 3-pointers to lead the team with 31 points on 11 of 19 shooting, Miles Bridges and Tre Mann each scored 17 points while Grant Williams chipped in with 16 points, seven rebounds and five assists off the bench. As a team, the Hornets shot 57 percent from the field and 13 of 33 from the 3-point line as they got off to another sluggish start and had to claw their way back from an early 14-point deficit, before they played great defense to limit the Cavaliers to just 15 points in the fourth quarter and escape with the upset win at home.

The Hornets were absolutely ice-cold before they were able to pull off a stunning upset over the Cavaliers in their last outing, but I think they come back down to Earth with a big loss here. The Warriors simple need to finish the regular season strong, and I don't think they will miss out on this opportunity against a struggling Hornets outfit.
