De'Aaron Fox led the team with 25 points, five assists and six steals, Malik Monk added 20 points with four assists off the bench, Keegan Murray added 16 points while Domantas Sabonis tallied 14 points with 14 rebounds and six assists. As a team, the Kings shot 43 percent from the field and 11 of 39 from the 3-point line, but they failed to match the Wizards from the start and just couldn't get back into the contest after falling behind by 19 points at one stage. Fox had a rough shooting night as he shot just 10 of 30 from the field while Chris Duarte scored just three points on one of eight shooting off the bench. The Kings will meet the 76ers, Mavericks (back-to-back), and Jazz after this one.

Orlando Magic

Meanwhile, the Orlando Magic have been in great form as they've won 13 of their last 16 games overall and they will be aiming for a sixth straight victory after routing the Pelicans in a 121-106 home win on Thursday. Jalen Suggs led the team with 22 points on seven of 14 shooting, Paolo Banchero racked up a triple-double of 20 points with 10 rebounds and 11 assists while Franz Wagner chipped in with 18 points. As a team, the Magic shot 54 percent from the field and 14 of 36 from the 3-point line as they dominated the second quarter by 34-20 to take control of the contest, before they exploded for 38 points in the third quarter to push the margin out to 21 points and put the game to bed early.
