As a team, the Pistons shot just 42 percent from the field and nine of 29 from the 3-point line as they struggled to keep pace with the Celtics from the start, scoring just 18 points in the second quarter to fall behind by double digits early and things only got worse in the third quarter where they got outscored by 33-20 to trailby as many as 29 points at one stage.
