As a team, the Hornets shot 43 percent from the field and 12 of 39 from the 3-point line, but they were poor on the defensive end and were always fighting a losing battle after allowing the Bucks to explode for 70 points in the first half. In fact, the Hornets didn't really wake up until they trailed by 25 points in the third quarter.

Meanwhile, the Philadelphia 76ers have been in a real slump as they've lost 12 of their last 16 games overall and they will be hoping to avoid a third straight defeat after getting thrashed by the Celtics in a 117-99 road loss on Tuesday. Tyrese Maxey led the team with 32 points and five assists, Ricky Council added 16 points off the bench while Tobias Harris and Cameron Payne each scored 13 points. As a team, the 76ers shot just 39 percent from the field and 14 of 42 from the 3-point line as they kept pace with the Celtics in a tightly contested first half, only to get blown out by 64-48 in the second half as they had no answer for the Celtics' Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum who combined for 60 points.
