The Cleveland Cavaliers pay a visit to the Philadelphia 76ers at the Wells Fargo Center on Friday night. Here’s a Cavs vs 76ers Prediction.
Cleveland Cavaliers
The Cleveland Cavaliers have been in great form as they've won 10 of their last 12 games overall, but they will be hoping to bounce back in this one after falling short to the Magic in a 116-109 loss last night. Jarrett Allen, Darius Garland and Max Strus each scored 18 points while Isaac Okoro chipped in with 17 points on seven of nine shooting. As a team, the Cavaliers shot 55 percent from the field and 10 of 22 from the 3-point line, but no bench player scored more than nine points which came back to bite them as no one picked up the slack for the injured Donovan Mitchell. The Cavs will meet the Wizards after this one.
Philadelphia 76ers
Meanwhile, the Philadelphia 76ers have been in a real slump as they've lost 10 of their last 13 games overall and they will be hoping to avoid a third straight defeat after getting routed by the Knicks in a 110-96 loss last night. Tyrese Maxey led the team with 35 points, six rebounds and five assists, Buddy Hield and Kelly Oubre Jr scored 14 points each while Kyle Lowry chipped in with 11 points. As a team, the 76ers shot 44 percent from the field and 10 of 29 from the 3-point line as they struggled to keep pace with the Knicks from the start, falling behind by 23 points at halftime before they made a bit of a run in the second half to keep the scores somewhat respectable. The Sixers will face the Bucks after this game.

Cavs vs 76ers Prediction
The Cavaliers could be short handed once again with Donovan Mitchell still dealing with an illness, while the 76ers are still missing Joel Embiid and Robert Covington. The Cavaliers will be disappointed with last night's loss to the Magic, but they were on an absolute tear before then, while the 76ers have been mired in their worst slump of the season and fresh off a big loss to the Knicks. The Cavaliers open as slight favorites in this one and I think that's justified given their consistency all season, so I will back the Cavaliers at the short line here.
