As a team, the Heat shot 50 percent from the field and 13 of 28 from the 3-point line as they got off to a quick start to take an early 18-point lead in the second quarter, before they held off a late rally from the Kings to escape with the much-needed home win. Terry Rozier finished with 10 assists but shot just one of eight from the field for to score just three points.

Kyle Kuzma led the team with 27 points on 11 of 22 shooting, Bilal Coulibaly added 19 points while Corey Kispert chipped in with 16 points off the bench. As a team, the Wizards shot 46 percent from the field and nine of 29 from the 3-point line as they showed plenty of fight to hang with the Clippers in the first half, only to get completely blown out by 40-19 in the third quarter to trail by as many as 29 points.
