The Utah Jazz and the Washington Wizards duke it out at the Capital One Arena on Thursday night. Here's a Jazz vs Wizards Prediction.
Utah Jazz
The Utah Jazz have cooled off a bit recently as they are now hoping to put a halt to a three-game skid after getting blown out by the Pelicans in an ugly 153-124 road defeat on Tuesday. Collin Sexton led the team with 22 points and seven assists, Simone Fontecchio added 18 points on six of nine shooting while John Collins chipped in with 14 points and nine rebounds. As a team, the Jazz shot 46 percent from the field and 12 of 36 from the 3-point line, but they weren't locked in defensively and were never in the contest after allowing 43 points in the second quarter. Keyonte George had a rough game as he shot just one of eight from the field while Lauri Markkanen shot just four of 15 from the field for his 11 points. The Jazz will face the Hornets, Nets, and Knicks after this game.

Washington Wizards
Meanwhile, the Washington Wizards have been in a real slump as they've lost 11 of their last 12 games overall and they will be hoping to arrest a five-game slide after getting routed by the Timberwolves in a 118-107 loss last night. Deni Avdija led the team with 24 points and six assists, Kyle Kuzma and Marvin Bagley each scored 17 points while Daniel Gafford chipped in with 10 points. As a team, the Wizards shot 48 percent from the field and 10 of 24 from the 3-point line as they showed plenty of fight to take the lead into halftime, only to get run over by the Timberwolves in the third quarter where they managed just 19 points to fall behind by 14 points.

- The Wizards rank 30th in the league for opponent assists per game this season (30.2).
- The Jazz rank 30th in the league for turnovers per game this season (16.0).
- The Jazz rank 2nd in the league for rebounds per game this season (46.5).
Jazz vs Wizards Prediction
The Jazz could really do with a win after dropping their last three games and they will be so disappointed with their 31-point loss on Tuesday. Fortunately for the Jazz, up next is the slumping Wizards who just can't buy a win these days and they are also playing their second game of a back to back set. The line is reasonable for this one, so I'm backing the Jazz to bounce back with a much-needed road win here against this ice-cold Wizards outfit.
