The Cleveland Cavaliers travel to the Amway Center to battle the Orlando Magic on Monday night. Here’s a Cavs vs Magic Prediction.
Cleveland Cavaliers
The Cleveland Cavaliers have been in red-hot form as they've won 12 of their last 15 games overall and they will be eager to build on their seven-game win streak after routing the Hawks in a 116-95 road win on Saturday. Donovan Mitchell led the team with 18 points and eight assists, Sam Merrill added 18 points and six assists off the bench, Dean Wade tallied 17 points on six of seven shooting while Jarrett Allen chipped in with 14 points, 11 rebounds and three blocks. As a team, the Cavaliers shot 50 percent from the field and 16 of 43 from the 3-point line as they kept the Hawks in check from the start, allowing just 20 points in the first quarter, before they poured in 68 points in the second and third quarters combined to push the lead out to 27 points and put the game to bed early.
Orlando Magic
Meanwhile, the Orlando Magic have been in a rut as they've lost five of their last seven games overall, but they will be looking to build some momentum after snapping a two-game skid with a 105-87 win last night. Paolo Banchero led the team in scoring with 20 points and 10 rebounds, Franz Wagner added 19 points with five assists while Wendell Carter Jr. chipped in with 17 points and nine rebounds. As a team, the Magic shot 47 percent from the field and nine of 28 from the 3-point line, but this win was more about their effort on defense as they held the Heat to just 19 points in the first quarter to take the early lead, before they dominated the second half by 57-41 to finish with one of their best wins of the season. The Magic will face the Grizzlies after this game.

- The Cavaliers rank 2nd in the league for opponent points per game this season (110.3).
- The Cavaliers rank 2nd in the league for opponent assists per game this season (24.1).
Cavs vs Magic Prediction
The Cavaliers are still missing Ty Jerome and they have Caris LeVert listed as questionable, while the Magic are still without Gary Harris but they should have Cole Anthony in the lineup despite tweaking his ankle last night. The line has been set at a pick 'em, so I'm seeing a lot of value on the shorthanded Cavaliers to continue their hot streak with a win over the struggling Magic who are playing on zero days' rest.
Peter’s Pick Cleveland -1
