Julius Randle led the team with 32 points, six rebounds and five assists, Jalen Brunson added 30 points with eight assists while Donte DiVincenzo chipped in with 10 points. As a team, the Knicks shot 49 percent from the field and 14 of 42 from the 3-point line as they got off to a terrible start and had to claw their way back from a 21-point deficit, only to come up painfully short with the Mavericks slipping away with free throws down the stretch.

Meanwhile, the Memphis Grizzlies have been in decent shape as they've won four of their past six games, but they will be looking to bounce back in this one after getting beaten by the Clippers in a 128-119 loss last night. Jaren Jackson Jr. led the team with 21 points, Xavier Tillman added 20 points with nine rebounds and two blocks while Desmond Bane chipped in with 15 points. As a team, the Grizzlies shot just 43 percent from the field and 18 of 44 from the 3-point line but they could never recover after allowing 42 points in the second quarter to fall behind by as many as 23 points before going on a late rally to keep the margin within single digits.
