As a team, the Trail Blazers shot 44 percent from the field and 11 of 35 from the 3-point line as they started slow and trailed for most of the first half, but they came to life with 33 points in the third quarter and then held the Raptors to just 17 points in the fourth quarter to escape with the gritty win.

Meanwhile, the Detroit Pistons have split their first four games this season, but they are hoping to bounce back here after getting beaten by the Thunder in a 124-112 road loss on Monday. Jaden Ivey led the team with 20 points on seven of 13 shooting off the bench, Cade Cunningham added 17 points and five assists while Ausar Thompson chipped in with 15 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks. As a team, the Pistons shot just 42 percent from the field and 15 of 28 from the 3-point line as they got off to a slow start and trailed by double-digits in the first quarter and they didn't mount any sort of a charge until they were down by 21 points.
