Puerto Rico and Serbia face off on Monday Morning in the FIBA World Cup in Manila, Philippines. 

Puerto Rico Betting Preview

Puerto Rico faced off against South Sedan in the first game, and they were really tested, but they ended up winning 101-96 in overtime. They were down by seven points heading into the 4th quarter, but they fought back and were able to tie it. Looking at the stat sheet, it really looked like a game they should have lost. They were outshot 50.7 percent to 42.7 percent and they only shot 35.7 percent from deep. Puerto Rico used mostly a balanced attack with six different players putting up at least 11 points. Stephen Thompson Jr had a strong game putting up 21 points, 13 rebounds, and four assists. Guard Tremont Waters also finished with 19 points, 10 assists, and four rebounds. 

Serbia Betting Preview

Serbia faced off against China in their first game and they were dominant. The offense put up 105 points, but even more impressive was the defense giving up only 63 points. At the end of the first quarter they were up 25-14 and they never looked back on the way to the victory. Serbia shot 57.6 percent from the field while holding China to only 38.1 percent from the field. Serbia was led by Bogdan Bogdanovic who finished with 14 points, four rebounds, and three assists. There were six different players that finished with at least 10 points per game. In this game they are going to need the offense to be good here, and they are going to really need to try and put the pressure on the Puerto Rico defense.
