The Chicago Bulls and the Toronto Raptors collide at the Scotiabank Arena for the Play-In game on Wednesday night.

The Chicago Bulls won nine of their last 14 games of the regular season and they will be eager to stay hot after routing the Pistons by 103-81 on Sunday to earn their spot in the Play-In tournament. Zach LaVine led the way with 17 points, DeMar DeRozan added 16 points with five assists while Carlik Jones chipped in with 11 points off the bench. As a team, the Bulls shot just 42 percent from the field and six of 30 from the 3-point line as they went back and forth with the pesky Pistons in a tight contest, until they dominated the fourth quarter by 36-17 to pull away and make it a blowout in the end.

Meanwhile, the Toronto Raptors are coming into this meeting with some solid momentum as they won six of their last nine games of the regular season and they will be feeling good after blowing past the Bucks in a 121-105 win on Sunday. Gary Trent Jr. led the team with 23 points on seven of 13 shooting, Malaki Flynn added 20 points while Precious Achiuwa chipped in with 14 points, 13 rebounds and two steals. As a team, the Raptors shot 50 percent from the field and 11 of 33 from the 3-point line as they jumped all over the depleted Bucks from the start and were always in control after pouring in 67 points in the first half. The Raptors led by as many as 23 points in this one and they had seven players finish in double figures in scoring.

Looking at the betting trends, the Bulls are 6-2-1 ATS in their last nine road games, 1-3-1 ATS in their last five games playing on two days' rest and 3-1-1 ATS in their last five games following a win of more than 10 points. The Raptors are 3-0-1 ATS in their last four games against a team with a losing record, 15-5-1 ATS in their last 21 home games and 9-4-1 ATS in their last 14 games overall.

Head to head, the over is 10-4 in the last 14 meetings in Toronto, the Bulls are 7-3 ATS in the last 10 meetings overall and the Bulls are 12-5 ATS in the last 17 meetings in Toronto.

The Bulls are still missing Lonzo Ball, while the Raptors are still without Otto Porter Jr. Both teams are coming into this Play-In tournament with winning momentum, but the edge goes to the Raptors who won the season series by 2-1. The Bulls are more than capable of pulling off the upset if they can get a big game from DeRozan or LaVine, but the Raptors have more firepower and depth, so I like them to take care of business at home in this spot.
