The New York Knicks play host to the Indiana Pacers at Madison Square Garden on Sunday afternoon.
The Indiana Pacers have been in a slump as they’ve lost seven of their last eight games overall and they will be hoping to avoid a fourth straight defeat after getting beaten by the Pistons in a 122-115 loss on Friday. Buddy Hield led the team with 22 points on seven of 14 shooting off the bench, Bennedict Mathurin added 16 points while Isaiah Jackson chipped in with 15 points on seven of 10 shooting. As a team, the Pacers shot 49 percent from the field and 11 of 31 from the 3-point line as they struggled to match the Pistons from the start and were always fighting an uphill battle after they allowed 73 points in the first half to fall behind by 21 points at one stage.
