As a team, the Raptors shot just 40 percent from the field and 15 of 42 from the 3-point line as they got off to a slow start and trailed for a majority of the game, before they came to life with 34 points in the fourth quarter to escape with the unlikely victory.
Meanwhile, the Washington Wizards have been in decent shape as they’ve won five of their last eight games overall and they will be eager to stay hot after outlasting the Hawks in a 119-116 road win on Tuesday. Bradley Beal led the team with 37 points and seven assists on 17 of 30 shooting, Kyle Kuzma added 28 points while Daniel Gafford chipped in with 13 points and 12 rebounds. As a team, the Wizards shot 49 percent from the field and six of 21 from the 3-point line as they went back and forth with the Hawks in a tight contest and trailed by five points late in the fourth quarter before they closed the final 4:10 on a 15-7 run to snatch the game from the Hawks in the end.
