As a team, the Clippers shot 54 percent from the field and 11 of 22 from the 3-point line, but without Paul George or Kawhi Leonard in the lineup, the Clippers struggled to match the Nuggets in the first half and were always trailing as they had no answer for the Nuggets’ Aaron Gordon who torched them for 29 points on 12 of 16 shooting.
