The Dallas Mavericks and the Boston Celtics duke it out at the TD Garden on Wednesday night.

The Dallas Mavericks have been in a bit of a rut as they’ve lost four of their last seven games and they will be hoping to bounce back after falling painfully short to the Nuggets in a 98-97 loss on Sunday. Josh Green led the team with 23 points on eight of nine shooting off the bench, Luka Doncic tallied 22 points with nine rebounds and eight assists while Davis Bertans chipped in with 15 points off the bench. As a team, the Mavericks shot 44 percent from the field and 15 of 42 from the 3-point line as they wrestled with the Nuggets in a tight contest, until the final 3:44 where they managed just two points to allow the Nuggets to escape in the end.

Meanwhile, the Boston Celtics have been one of the hottest teams in the league as they were riding a nine-game win streak before getting stopped in their tracks by the Bulls in a 121-107 road loss on Monday. Jayson Tatum led the team with 28 points, 11 rebounds and seven assists, Jaylen Brown added 25 points while Malcolm Brogdon chipped in with 23 points and six assists off the bench.
