The Raptors are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 road games and 5-1 ATS in their last 6 games overall. The Bulls are 10-4 ATS in their last 14 home games and 1-9 ATS in their last 10 games overall. The Chicago Bulls are a tough team to get behind these days, but it does feel like they're due for a breakout performance, and they do have the rest advantage here at home. The Toronto Raptors have been hit or miss for much of the season, and thy are in a bit of a letdown spot after last night's win over the 76ers. Even with the recent struggles, the Bulls still win at home by an average of 4.5 points and win in the favorite role by an average of 5.2 points. I'll take a shot with the Bulls and the reasonable chalk at home.
