Meanwhile, the Charlotte Hornets have been in a real slump as they’ve lost six of their past eight games overall and they will be hoping to arrest a four-game slide after getting routed by the Heat in a 104-86 home loss on Saturday. As a team, the Hornets shot just 38 percent from the field and 10 of 36 from the 3-point line as they looked to be in control after taking a five-point lead into halftime, but all their hard work went down the drain in the third quarter where they were outscored by an appalling 35-8. Kelly Oubre Jr. had a night to forget as he finished with just nine points on three of 15 shooting while Gordon Hayward finished scoreless on zero of seven shooting.
