The NASCAR Xfinity Series heads to the New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Saturday afternoon to do battle in the Ambetter Get Vaccinated 200. New Hampshire is flat, one-mile oval and 200 laps will make up the 200-mile advertised distance on Saturday afternoon. Affectionately known as the “Magic Mile” the Xfinity Series didn’t compete at New Hampshire in 2020 due to the scheduling changes around the pandemic.
Here are a few drivers to consider for the Ambetter Get Vaccinated 300.
Christopher Bell +130- Bell will begin Saturday’s Xfinity Race from the 14th position in his first Xfinity race of 2021. Bell will be in the #54 car for Joe Gibbs Racing on Saturday, a team that has won 8 Xfinity races in 2021 with Kyle Busch and Ty Gibbs. Bell won the 2019 Xfinity race at Loudon as part of 8 total wins in the 2019 season. Chris will have to be patient and navigate to the front on the narrow New Hampshire Motor Speedway but will be a top 5 car for sure on Saturday afternoon.
Justin Allgaier +450- Allgaier will fire off alongside A.J. Allmending from the 5th position on Saturday afternoon at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway. 18 starts on the season to date for Justin in the Xfinity Series and has come away 7 top 5 finishes and 2 wins. Justin finished 3rd in the 2019 Xfinity race at New Hampshire after starting from the 8th position. Allgaier has 9 career Xfinity starts at New Hampshire with 6 top 10s and 1 top 5 finish. Not a lot of Cup Series competition on Saturday afternoon at New Hampshire, look for Allgaier to be in contention for his first win at this track.
Daniel Hemric +800- Hemric comes into Saturday’s Xfinity race starting from the 13th position after a disappointing 30th place finish at Atlanta one week ago. On the 2021 Xfinity Series circuit, Hemric has 11 top 10 finishes including 7 top 5 finishes. Looking to bounce back big time here at New Hampshire, Hemric had a great 3rd place finish at Martinsville back in April as Martinsville compares to New Hampshire. Decent value here on Hemric heading into Saturday’s Xfinity race, sprinkle some action.
Noah Gragson +1200- Gragson will start from the 3rd position on Saturday afternoon at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Noah comes off a 3rd place performance at Atlanta one week ago and has reeled off 5 top 10 finishes in a row including 2 top 5 finishes. Gragson finished 2nd at Martinsville in the Xfinity race back in April and in 2019 finished 10th here at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway in the only start at this track. 2021 has not gone well for Noah and the team but things are turning around, and he could earn the first victory of the season Saturday afternoon.
A.J. Allmendinger +1200- A.J. take the green flag for Saturday’s Xfinity race from the 6th position. Allmendinger has plenty Cup Series experience here at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway. A.J. has 19 Cup Series starts at New Hampshire and Saturday will mark the first career Xfinity Series start at New Hampshire for A.J. With top 5 finishes in 3 of the last 4 races, A.J. and team are having success currently. Once again we are getting Allmendinger at nice price point, consider some action on him Saturday afternoon.
