Shady Rays 200- 7/9/20 Nascar Xfinity Series Picks, Odds, and Prediction

Chase Briscoe +225- Briscoe captured his 5th win of the 2020 Xfinity Series last weekend at the Indy Road Course. Chase has been on fire the entire season, and I see that momentum continuing this week at the Kentucky Speedway. Briscoe has 10 top 10 finishes over all 13 races in the 2020 season, 7 of those 10 being top 5 finishes. Chase won the Las Vegas race back February before the break, leading 89 of the 200 laps. Briscoe will start closer to the front on Thursday night, and I will have quite a bit of action on him.

Ross Chastain +550- Ross has been running solid in 2020 with the Kaulig Racing number 10 Chevy. Chastain has 11 top 10 finishes including 4 top 5 finishes. Chastain finished 10th at Las Vegas in February, but improved to a 4th place finish at Charlotte back in May. Chastain’s ability to be position to win races week in and week out this year, makes him a solid pick to win the Shady Rays 200 on Thursday night at Kentucky.

Noah Gragson +600- Gragson is having his best season yet in the 2020 Nascar Xfinity Series. Noah has 8 top 5 finishes in the 13 races that have been completed. Also, Gragson has to victories on the season, one at Daytona and the other at Bristol. Noah finished 4th at Las Vegas back in February, and he had a solid 2nd place finish at Atlanta Motor Speedway in June. Gragson is in a top 5 car, and is worth considering for Thursday evening.

Austin Cindric +600- Cindric finished 2nd at Las Vegas in February, leading 39 laps and running 22 fastest laps. Cindric also finished 3rd at the Charlotte Motor Speedway in May, leading 30 laps. Cindric has been consistent in 2020, with 7 top 5 finishes. Cindric has yet to win a race in 2020 surprisingly, but we should expect him to find victory lane soon. Kentucky will provide a great opportunity for Cindric to notch that first victory of the 2020 season.

Harrison Burton +1000- Burton has been competitive at almost every track in the 2020 Nascar Xfinity Series. Burton captured a victory at Fontana in February, and he won the first Homestead race last month. Burton finished 5th at Vegas in 2020 and he finished 9th at Charlotte back in May. Burton has 7 top 5 finishes on the 2020 Xfinty season, and 10 top finishes. Harrison will be racing his first Xfinity race at Kentucky, but should not be concerning. I will sprinkle some action in on Burton for the Shady Rays 200 Thursday evening.
