In this article, we will formulate a Twins vs Orioles prediction for this MLB game on Tuesday, May 13th at Camden Yards in Baltimore, Maryland. Let’s take a look at the prediction for this MLB matchup.

Minnesota Twins Betting Preview

The Minnesota Twins are 21-20 this year after they won all three games against the Giants by scores of 3-1, 2-1, and 7-6. In their game three win, Minnesota blew a 5-4 lead in the eighth inning, but they were able to score twice in the 10th for the win. The Twins recorded 13 hits in the game, and they were led by Lee, who went 3-5 with one home run and two RBIs in the win. Minnesota started Lopez, who allowed five hits and four earned runs over 6.0 innings, while Duran got the win in extras.

Prior to that series, the Twins won all three against the Orioles and two out of three against the Red Sox. Minnesota has won eight games in a row, and they are currently fourth in the AL Central standings. The Minnesota pitching staff has a 3.32 ERA with a 1.16 WHIP and a .235 opponent batting average, while their offense has scored 164 runs with a .238 batting average and a .306 on-base percentage this season. Byron Buxton has led Minnesota with nine home runs and 26 RBIs, while Trevor Larnach has added six home runs and 20 RBIs this year. The projected starting pitcher for Minnesota is Simeon Woods Richardson, who is 2-2 with a 4.01 ERA and a 1.43 WHIP over 33.2 innings pitched this year.

Baltimore Orioles Betting Preview

The Baltimore Orioles are 15-24 this season after they won two out of three against the Angels by scores of 4-1, 2-5, and 7-3. In their game three win, Baltimore trailed 2-1 after the first inning, but they scored the next six runs in the game to pull away with the win. The Orioles recorded eight hits in the game, and they were led by Handley and Henderson, who both had two RBIs in the win. Twins vs Orioles Prediction

Minnesota comes into this series as one of the hottest teams in the MLB over the last two weeks, but they are just 6-14 on the road. Minnesota has won eight games in a row, and they have allowed two runs or fewer in four of its last five. Baltimore is coming off a series win, but they are just 15-24 on the season and 8-9 at home. The Orioles are starting Povich, who has allowed 5+ earned runs in two of his last four starts. The Twins are going with Woods Richardson, who has allowed two earned runs or fewer in four of his last five starts. I know Woods Richardson doesn’t go deep into games, but I have to side with the Twins here.
