Miami Marlins vs. St. Louis Cardinals Prediction
I’m on the Marlins here. I get the case to be made for either side in this game, but the thing is that the Cardinals have had issues with offensive consistency. Sure, they looked good in Monday’s opener, but the Marlins aren’t that far off from the Cardinals in the standings, and a lot of the Marlins best work as of late has been done on the road. Sandy Alcantara has been getting rocked on the road this season with an ERA above 10, but I still think he’s a decent option that, like we saw in his last start, can put together a strong showing on any given night. I think the value here lies with Miami.
