Mike Trout Over 1.5 Total Bases
Seattle Mariners vs Los Angeles Angels 9:38 PM EST
Mike Trout’s 2025 season, while limited in games, has been a reminder of his elite offensive capabilities. Over 39 games and 270 at-bats, Trout is batting .237 with 18 home runs, 45 RBIs, and an .826 OPS. Despite the lower batting average, his power production remains strong, placing him among the league leaders in home runs and slugging percentage. He has an average exit velocity of 91.4 mph, a hard-hit rate of 50.8%, and an impressive 15.6% barrel rate. His xwOBA of .394 significantly exceeds his actual wOBA of .350, indicating that he’s hitting the ball with exceptional quality and may even be underperforming his expected outcomes. Trout continues to showcase elite plate discipline, walking at a 15.4% clip while striking out 28.1% of the time, ranking near the top of the league in both categories. I like him to continue his success in this one, going against Logan Evans, who has struggled on the road this season.

Jose Ramirez Over 1.5 Total Bases
Cleveland Guardians vs Baltimore Orioles 6:40 PM EST
José Ramírez has been having another stellar campaign at the plate for the Cleveland Guardians. Through 98 games and 363 at-bats, he slashed .295/.370/.529, driving in 56 runs and blasting 21 home runs, and has compiled an .898 OPS, placing him tied for 8th in batting average and 11th in OPS across MLB. Rameriez has been instrumental in this current run the Guardians are on, logging 4+ total bases in 6 of his last 10 games. He’ll be up against Charlie Morton and this Orioles bullpen, which leads me to think we’ll see another big outing from Ramierez.
Jose Altuve Over 1.5 Total Bases
Houston Astros vs Arizona D-Backs 3:40 PM EST
José Altuve has appeared in 96 games, collecting 370 at-bats and slashing .278/.338/.465 (.803 OPS), with 17 home runs, 53 RBIs, and 54 runs scored, ranking him roughly tied for 38th in average and 39th in homers across MLB. We saw Altuve log 2+ bases in 3 straight games and in 7 of his last 10 games. He’s been the Astros’ most consistent hitter as of late, and I’m looking to ride the hot hand. He’ll be starting this game going up against Luis Severino, who comes in with a 5.10 ERA, and after that, he’ll be up against an Athletics bullpen that has a 5.50 ERA and ranks 29th in the MLB. I expect Altuve to continue his success in this one and ultimately, I expect him to have a great series.
