Kansas City Royals vs St. Louis Cardinals Prediction

I’ll try the Royals in this one. I could probably go either way, though; depends on what the starters do. It should be a good matchup regardless. Wacha has just three earned runs over his last three starts in 16.1 combined innings, going 1-1 in that time. As for Pallante, he’s got just one earned in his last two starts in 12.1 combined frames.

Kansas City had a couple of flat offensive performances against the Rockies but overall they’ve been decent at consistent scoring lately. The Royals have posted four or more runs in four of their last seven games, so if they can get a handful on Tuesday KC should be in great position down the stretch.

Andrew Jett's Pick: Kansas City Royals -109
