Colorado Rockies vs Pittsburgh Pirates Prediction
I’ll lean toward the Pirates but I could probably go either way. This should be a fun starter matchup regardless, though. Skenes has given up five earned in 17.1 combined innings on 14 hits and two walks over his last three starts. He’s 2-0 in that time. As for Spiers, he’s got just one earned in his last 12.1 innings total.
On Sunday the Pirates had an 8-0 lead at one point during a stellar offensive outing. If Skenes can get that sort of backup Pittsburgh will roll to another victory. That said, we should have a much closer game on Monday.
