The Mets gave up on the season months ago, and they’re not getting any better with Stock at 5.93 ERA and 1.75 WHIP. Heck, waves of Mets fans left last night once Alonso was done batting for the Orioles. The fact you can get the O’s at plus money feels strange. We’re getting a more favorable price on a team still playing for something. I’ll gladly grab Baltimore.
