Miami Marlins vs. Seattle Mariners Prediction
I’m going to take a shot on the Marlins here. I think Logan Gilbert is a fantastic pitcher, and he has great numbers in his career against the Marlins. However, The Mariners, despite winning five series in a row, have lost game one in each of their last three series before coming on strong as the series progresses. Julio Rodriguez is the only Mariners with solid career numbers against Quantrill, but other key bats like Randy Arozarena, Jorge Polanco and others are .111 or 0-fer. The Marlins’ bats have been solid out of the gate and if the Mariners get caught again we could have a nice payday attached. Give me the Marlins here.
